Service Description

Welcome to our Gloss and Go service, the perfect solution for maintaining your existing highlights and bringing back shine, depth, and luster to darker colors. This all-inclusive session takes only 1.5 hours and includes a detox and clarifying treatment, luxury demi color refresh, bond protection, hydration treatment, and blowdry/style. Please note that Gloss and Go is exclusively for our existing color clients and is perfect for neutralizing brassy tones, removing minerals and buildup, and refreshing blonde tones. The service is applied globally to the full head, using only one color, with no foiling involved. If you'd like to blend out your new growth color, we recommend booking our Drop Root Melt service. Your stylist will work with you to achieve your desired look within the 1.25-hour appointment window, with the main focus on your color service. They will inform you of any additional time or color costs needed to complete your transformation. If your desired look requires more than the scheduled time, we may need to split your makeover into additional sessions. Cancelation Policy

At our luxury color specific salon, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality services with top of the line products and color. As a result, we carry significant overhead costs for each service. We appreciate our clients' understanding and support of our business model. Booking Policy we now require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the total cost of the service, so you'll always know what to expect upfront.To ensure that all of our clients are able to book or reschedule when needed, we book out a maximum of 6 weeks in advance. In the event that your stylist has a conflict in scheduling, you will not be charged any fees and will be offered first pick of the next available appointments to proceed with your service. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations received less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit on file. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will transfer your deposit credit with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This must be rescheduled within 2 months. If your stylist reviews the booking request and is unable to perform the service, you will be refunded your deposit. Payment Options We offer several payment options for your convenience, including 6-week, no-interest finance available via Sezzle, E-transfer, Credit Card or Visa Debit. Please note that the posted service rate is the minimum base rate for your service, and there may be additional charges depending on your hair's texture, density, and the complexity, technique, and products required to achieve your desired result. Your stylist will discuss any additional charges with you prior to starting the service. We hope that this policy helps to ensure the financial security of our salon while providing you with the luxury experience you deserve.
