We do pass on any available retail discounts to clients. We only install hair from our ethically sourced and quality tested suppliers. We will discuss our brand options and availabilty at your consultation and provide you with a final quote for the project. Consult Required, Please allow up to 2 weeks prior to your installation. Hair must be paid for in full to order in, and is non refundable. Installation can be paid separately. All color work must be completed prior to color match/installation and is priced seperately. Add volume, length or fill in sparse areas with Keratin tips WHAT ARE KERATIN TIPS? Keratin tips are fused to individual strands of natural hair using by heating Italian keratin proteins with a professional hot tool. These are highly customizable in density and color which allows for the most discreet extension application on the market. Each strand maintains 360 degree movement, and allows the client to freely wear their hair up with no restrictions. HAIR QUALITY We only use ethically sourced, double drawn 100% virgin cuticle remy hair. This ensures the quality of your extensions are off the highest grade and will safely bond to your hair. LIFE SPAN: Our keratin extensions are installed one time only. How long you can keep your set in depends largely on your hair density and rate of growth. It is recommended to remove your bonds when your hair has grown a maximum of 2” to prevent damage. Hair is removed and discarded. A new set can be installed immediately Fine Hair: 4 months Med-thick Hair: 4-6 months After install there are no moveups or in salon maintenance until removal. Some clients do like to come in for a gloss, blow out and check of their bonds in this time. We may install replacement bonds if needed as well. At home clients will wash their hair as usual, brush frequently, and make sure to not leave the bonds wet. CAN THE HAIR BE RE-USED: No. As your extensions age, the keratin will break down and you will experience hair shed of the bonds. By the end of their life span you will lose 30-40% of the hair in this shedding process. This shedding, combined with the natural aging of the extensions would affect the overall quality of your next install.

Cancellation Policy

We require a deposit for Bookings: Amount varies with each service. Deposits are not refundable however will remain as a credit on file with 24 hour notice of cancellation. In the event that your stylist has a conflict in scheduling, you will not be charged any fees and will be offered first pick of the next available appointments to proceed with your service. Cancellation Policy 24 Hour Minimum notice required. Your deposit is not refundable but will remain on file for your rescheduled appointment.
