Service Description

Choose this option if: *You would like to color your hair lighter than its natural tone. *You would like to cover greys *You do not require correction *You do NOT have color in your hair (Please message us to ask what is the best method to reach your goal) Your session will include: *Up to 2.5 hours of exclusive hair attention *Custom color melt for seamless blending *Bond protection (to limit damage) *Deep Conditioning Treatment *Blowdry, Style Please note some clients with previous lightening may require additional time and product to attain the depth and longevity they are looking for. Please be as transparent as possible with your stylist so they book enough time.

Cancellation Policy

At our luxury color specific salon, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality services with top of the line products and color. As a result, we carry significant overhead costs for each service. We appreciate our clients' understanding and support of our business model. Booking Policy we now require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the total cost of the service, so you'll always know what to expect upfront.To ensure that all of our clients are able to book or reschedule when needed, we book out a maximum of 6 weeks in advance. In the event that your stylist has a conflict in scheduling, you will not be charged any fees and will be offered first pick of the next available appointments to proceed with your service. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations received less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit on file. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will transfer your deposit credit with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This must be rescheduled within 2 months. If your stylist reviews the booking request and is unable to perform the service, you will be refunded your deposit. Payment Options We offer several payment options for your convenience, including 6-week, no-interest finance available via Sezzle, E-transfer, Credit Card or Visa Debit. Please note that the posted service rate is the minimum base rate for your service, and there may be additional charges depending on your hair's texture, density, and the complexity, technique, and products required to achieve your desired result. Your stylist will discuss any additional charges with you prior to starting the service. We hope that this policy helps to ensure the financial security of our salon while providing you with the luxury experience you deserve.
