At ENVY, we are committed to providing our clients with a luxury experience during their personalized color and service session. Our focus on providing private sessions that range from 3-8 hours, with limited clients per day, ensures that you receive our undivided attention and high-quality service. To maintain our commitment to you and avoid increasing prices to offset possible cancellations, we now require  deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit allows us to maintain our high cost products and color needed for your personalized service. Please review the details, including payment plan options, below to ensure that you can fully enjoy your luxury experience with ENVY. 

2023 BOOKING POLICY

Starting April 8, 2023, we'll be requiring a deposit when you book your appointment. We know this may sound different from what you're used to, but hear us out.

By requiring a deposit, we can make sure that your stylist's time is exclusively reserved for you and we don't have to raise our prices to cover last-minute cancellations.

The deposit amount will vary depending on the cost of your service, but don't worry, we'll let you know up front so there are no surprises. 

 

To confirm your appointment, your stylist will review your requested time and make sure there are no conflicts. We know you're busy, so we want to make sure we get it right! Your stylist will also confirm receipt of your deposit, so you can rest assured that your appointment is locked in.

If there are any concerns with the service you chose, your stylist will reach out to you to discuss other options. We want to make sure you're getting the best possible service for your unique needs. And if, for any reason, your stylist can't perform the service, don't worry - we've got your back. We'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

2023 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that life happens, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

 

Cancellations received less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit on file.

 

IIt is important to note that this deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, we will transfer your deposit credit to your new appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. However, please note that the service must be rescheduled within 2 months.

We value our clients and we understand that things come up unexpectedly. That's why we book out a maximum of 6 weeks in advance and if your stylist has a scheduling conflict, we won't charge you any fees. Plus, you'll get first pick of the next available appointments to reschedule your service.

Our goal is to provide you with a luxurious salon experience, and we believe that this new policy will help us achieve that. We can't wait to see you at your next appointment and to show you the amazing results you can expect from a visit to our salon.

FINANCING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer several payment options for your convenience, including:

6-week, no-interest finance available via Sezzle

E-transfer, Credit Card or Visa Debit.

 

Please note that the posted service rate is the minimum base rate for your service, and there may be additional charges depending on your hair's texture, density, and the complexity, technique, and products required to achieve your desired result.

 

Your stylist will discuss any additional charges with you prior to starting the service. 

WHY DO YOU ONLY BOOK A COUPLE MONTHS IN ADVANCE?

At ENVY, we book appointments up to 6 weeks in advance to ensure all of our clients receive the luxury experience they deserve.

 

To keep you in the loop, we post reminders, cancellations, and out of hour sessions on our Instagram and Facebook pages as each new month becomes available. With only one stylist and limited administrative help, we've found this approach to work best for us.

 

Mass booking months in advance can lead to surprise scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and unnecessary stress, especially during these unprecedented times.

 

Limiting advance booking ensures all of our current clients have equal opportunity to book their maintenance sessions and prevents a hefty backlog in case of unexpected closures or restrictions.

I SUBMITTED A NEW CLIENT REQUEST WEEKS AGO AND HAVEN'T HEARD BACK. WHAT HAPPENED?

Don't worry! You are still on the wait list. Unfortunately we have a very limited number of new clients that can be accomodated each booking session. Our priority is to give current clients exclusive booking, and if there are any remaining spots we hit up the wait list. 

 

New clients are contacted as spots large enough for their service request open up. This means some clients with shorter appointment needs may get in sooner than others, even if they contacted us very recently.

 

If you are eager to get in, please make sure you have submitted a complete new client form with your hair history and goals detailed. Feel free to message again if you haven't heard from us, as messages do occasionally get missed.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO BE A BLONDE?

At our salon, we believe that every client deserves a personalized, luxury experience. That's why we offer a wide range of custom color services, including stunning blondes, rich brunettes, gorgeous caramels, and striking reds. We book appointments based on the estimated time required to complete the service, regardless of the specific color goal. WHY ARE YOU COLOR SERVICES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN TRADITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS/COLOR AT OTHER SALONS

At our ENVY, we pride ourselves on delivering a truly luxurious and personalized experience for each and every client. Our stylists are highly trained and educated in the latest advanced color techniques to bring your unique hair vision to life.

Gone are the days of traditional foiling and highlighting. Our salon specializes in intricate and multi-dimensional styles that require combining 2-4 sessions and techniques into one appointment. We use only the highest quality, luxury products to ensure your hair looks and feels its absolute best.

Our pricing formula reflects the exceptional quality of our services. We charge based on your stylist's hourly rate, which is determined by their education, experience, demand, and skill, as well as the average cost of the high-end products we use.

To make the luxury experience more accessible, we offer payment plans through Sezzle. This allows you to split the cost of your service into manageable payments, without compromising on the quality of your experience.

Rest assured, you will always be aware of the costs associated with your service. Our salon-specific app tracks the actual amount of color used, which is reflected in your final charge. Your stylist will go over all costs with you in advance, so there are no surprises at the end of your service.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY COLOR SERVICE

  1. Freshly washed and dry hair is the way to go! Washing your hair the night before is okay, but make sure you don't have an oily scalp and skip using any products that day.

    If you want to get extra with it, we highly recommend a clarifying shampoo or treatment like our DETOX MASK will give you that perfect canvas for your stylist to work their magic. Trust me, buildup of product and oil will seriously affect your end result!

  3. Hold off on using purple shampoo or any other color depositing conditioner or shampoos for a week prior to your appointment. These products can seriously mess with the tone of your hair and make it super hard for your stylist to get that perfect color you're looking for.

  5. Pictures, pictures, pictures! Bring in all the inspo photos of the styles and color you're loving at the moment. It will help your stylist get a better understanding of your hair goals and give you their expert advice on achieving that killer look.
