Service Description
For returning AURA clients who have completed the Signature Ritual. This session supports ongoing scalp balance, hair wellness, and nervous system ease between full headspa visits. Warm oil is applied with focused technique, followed by a simplified cleanse, nourishing rinse, and a soft blow-dry finish. Your ritual remains spacious and restorative, while the flow is refined to honour time and intention. Choose your focus each visit (All Maintenance Rituals include a full cleanse, nourishing rinse, warm oil, and soft blow-dry. Your selected focus simply determines where we spend more of our time and intention): Scalp Focus: A targeted scalp ritual to support comfort, circulation, and ongoing scalp health. May include extended oil massage, exfoliation, tea or tonic rinses, and focused techniques to address dryness, buildup, flaking, or general tension. Ideal for those prioritizing scalp wellness or maintenance between deeper corrective sessions. Facial Focus: A more detailed facial experience than what is included in the Signature Ritual. Includes double cleanse, facial massage, lymphatic sculpting, reflexology techniques, exfoliation, treatment application, and mask. Designed to soften tension, refine tone, and restore visible radiance while supporting nervous system ease. Relaxation Focus: A slower, more meditative body-mind unwind. Extended scalp and neck massage, sensory tools, and intentional pressure work are prioritized. Cleansing and conditioning remain simplified. Ideal for clients needing calm, grounding, and nervous system reset. Balanced Focus: Our Signature flow, offering a soft blend of scalp care, facial massage, and relaxation techniques. Ideal for maintaining your overall results with a gentle, harmonious refresh.
Cancellation Policy
This service is booked by request. A deposit is collected at the time of booking to reserve your place. Your request will be reviewed to ensure timing, service suitability, and flow within the daily schedule. If we are unable to approve your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once your appointment is approved and confirmed, you will receive an email and the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied as a credit toward your service. If you need to reschedule, the deposit will simply move with your appointment to a new date, as long as 24 hours notice is provided within our cancellation policy timeframe.
