Service Description
A targeted, therapeutic massage inspired by sports and deep tissue techniques. Designed to address persistent tension, muscular fatigue, and movement-related strain, this treatment supports active lifestyles while still honouring the body’s need for balance and recovery. Pressure is adjusted thoughtfully to remain effective without overwhelming the nervous system. Available in 60 or 90 minutes. All services are provided by an independent, non-RMT massage practitioner and may not be eligible for insurance billing. Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file to secure all bookings with Shelby. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $50 fee. This policy helps protect reserved appointment times and ensure availability for all clients.
