Service Description
A calming, full-body massage designed to quiet the nervous system and invite deep rest. Shelby’s intuitive, client-centred approach uses flowing techniques and mindful pressure to ease tension, promote circulation, and support overall wellbeing. Ideal for stress relief, mental reset, and anyone craving a slower, restorative experience. Available in 60 or 90 minutes. All services are provided by an independent, non-RMT massage practitioner and may not be eligible for insurance billing. Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file to secure all bookings with Shelby. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $50 fee. This policy helps protect reserved appointment times and ensure availability for all clients.
