Local Pickup:

Get your products fast and on your schedule with our 24/7 secure curbside pickup option!

In stock items are prepared for pickup in just 1-3 business days.

Once your order is ready, we'll send you a confirmation email with a unique pickup code that expires after one week. When you arrive, simply enter your code, hit ok, and turn the knob to get your package.

Cameras and digital records help ensure maximum security.

Don't forget to send us a text to confirm you've safely picked up your goods!

Local Delivery:

If you're in Terrace city limits, we've got you covered with our local delivery option. Orders over $150 qualify for free delivery, while smaller orders are subject to a fee.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to arrive.

But heads up, mistakes happen! We can't be held responsible for errors in delivery addresses or stolen items. You'll receive a fulfillment email when your order has been delivered.

Shipping to Canada:

We love our Canadian customers and want to make sure you get the best shipping experience possible.

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping, and a flat rate of $15.95 applies for all other orders. We'll provide a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your package.

In stock items will take up to 10 business days to arrive, while out of stock items may take up to 14 business days. We'll wait for all items on your order to come in stock before shipping, but if you'd like your in stock items sooner, let us know! You'll be required to pay the flat rate shipping charge for each separate shipment.
