Service Description

Your in person consultation will include a one on one session with your stylist to discuss options and methods for your desired service. If necessary, we will take a small piece of your hair to perform a color and integrity test. This will be done after you leave and we will contact you with the resutls and any follow up information. We require the consult fee to be paid in full prior to your appointment. The consultation fee will be applied to your upcoming service if booked. If you choose to not do the service, or do not show for the consultation, the fee is kept to cover the stylists time.

Cancelation Policy

At our luxury color specific salon, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality services with top of the line products and color. As a result, we carry significant overhead costs for each service. We appreciate our clients' understanding and support of our business model. Booking Policy we now require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the total cost of the service, so you'll always know what to expect upfront.To ensure that all of our clients are able to book or reschedule when needed, we book out a maximum of 6 weeks in advance. In the event that your stylist has a conflict in scheduling, you will not be charged any fees and will be offered first pick of the next available appointments to proceed with your service. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations received less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit on file. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will transfer your deposit credit with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This must be rescheduled within 2 months. If your stylist reviews the booking request and is unable to perform the service, you will be refunded your deposit. Payment Options We offer several payment options for your convenience, including 6-week, no-interest finance available via Sezzle, E-transfer, Credit Card or Visa Debit. Please note that the posted service rate is the minimum base rate for your service, and there may be additional charges depending on your hair's texture, density, and the complexity, technique, and products required to achieve your desired result. Your stylist will discuss any additional charges with you prior to starting the service. We hope that this policy helps to ensure the financial security of our salon while providing you with the luxury experience you deserve.
