Perfect for maintenance every 2-3 months, or anytime you need a little touch-up, this service is designed to neutralize or enhance warm/cool tones, add richness and depth to your dark hair, and soften the line of demarcation from new growth. Plus, it's a great option for those looking to add a soft blend to their existing color. Our no-foiling technique means that this service focuses solely on creating a seamless blend with your natural color, so if you're looking to bring up your highlights, be sure to book our foil dimensional session. During your 1.5-hour session, you'll receive a custom color melt, bond protection to limit damage, and a deep conditioning treatment. And of course, we'll finish off with a blowdry and style to complete your look. Trust us, you'll leave the salon feeling like a new woman.

Cancellation Policy

At our luxury color specific salon, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality services with top of the line products and color. As a result, we carry significant overhead costs for each service. We appreciate our clients' understanding and support of our business model. Booking Policy we now require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the total cost of the service, so you'll always know what to expect upfront.To ensure that all of our clients are able to book or reschedule when needed, we book out a maximum of 6 weeks in advance. In the event that your stylist has a conflict in scheduling, you will not be charged any fees and will be offered first pick of the next available appointments to proceed with your service. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations received less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit on file. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will transfer your deposit credit with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This must be rescheduled within 2 months. If your stylist reviews the booking request and is unable to perform the service, you will be refunded your deposit. Payment Options We offer several payment options for your convenience, including 6-week, no-interest finance available via Sezzle, E-transfer, Credit Card or Visa Debit. Please note that the posted service rate is the minimum base rate for your service, and there may be additional charges depending on your hair's texture, density, and the complexity, technique, and products required to achieve your desired result. Your stylist will discuss any additional charges with you prior to starting the service. We hope that this policy helps to ensure the financial security of our salon while providing you with the luxury experience you deserve.
